Brickcom Box Cameras

As part of their range available in the UK, Brickcom Communications are producing four varieties of IP Box Camera. The four models available comprise of two wired (FB) and two wireless (WFB) models. Within those categories there is then the choice of either Standard (100Ae-21) or Pro (100Ap-31).

Standard Models Feature:

  • MPEG4/MJPEG Dual Codec compression
  • Built-in Power over Ethernet capability
  • Local storage via SD/SDHC Memory Card Slot
  • Bi-Directional Audio
  • Megapixel image resolution at 1280×800
  • Maximum frame rate of 15fps
  • Fixed 4.2mm CS mount manual iris lens

Pro Models Feature:

  • MPEG4/MJPEG/H.264 Triple Codec compression
  • Built-in Power over Ethernet capability
  • Local storage via SD/SDHC Memory Card slot
  • Bi-Directional Audio
  • Megapixel image resolution at 1280×800
  • Maximum frame rate of 30fps
  • Varifocal 3.5~8mm CS mount manual iris lens
  • Support for auto-iris lenses

Both the Standard and Pro Models are fitted with a 1/4″ CMOS image sensor and come with the lenses stated in the comparison above, although both cameras will accept any CS mount manual iris lens and the Pro models will also accept any auto-iris CS mount lens. All models come with a power supply unit and Brickcom’s Software Kit which comprises of EasyConfig, PC-NVR Lite, QIG and User Manual.
