Axis Q6032-E is a newly released fully-functional outdoor ‘ready-to-install’ IP dome camera.

This new video shows just how simple it is to install this new outdoor PTZ IP CCTV camera from Axis Communications.




Axis say:

AXIS Q6032-E PTZ Dome Network Camera is an outdoor-ready, high-performance PTZ dome camera designed for easy and reliable installation in demanding surveillance applications. The IP66-rated camera is ideal for use at airports and seaports, as well as for city and perimeter surveillance. Arctic Temperature Control, a new and unique functionality from Axis, is introduced for the first in this camera. It allows the camera to not only function at -40 °C (-40 °F) but also power up at that temperature following a power failure. AXIS Q6032-E is powered through High Power over Ethernet (High PoE) and can operate in temperatures ranging from -40 °C to 50 °C (-40 °F to 122 °F). Key features:

Sanyo VCC-HD4000P Megapixel Camera

We mentioned Sanyo’s new HD4000 high definition camera back before Christmas.

It’s a four megapixel camera supplied with built-in 4MP lens and 4 million pixel progressive scan CMOS sensor to deliver sharp clear images.

It’s built-in 10X optical zoom lens makes the Sanyo HD4000 an ideal solution for banking and retail CCTV applications where there may be a requirement for close-up detail of any incidents.

The VCC-HD4000P also offers dual streaming H.264 and JPEG, enabling simultaneous high definition recording and live monitoring across a network.

An HDMI ouput allows the full quality of the camera’s images to be realised on an HD monitor, whilst there is also a BNC connector enabling viewing on a traditional CCTV monitor.

This camera also has the facility for on-board video recording to an SD card via its built-in SD slot, or local connection (via USB) to an external HDD (Hard Disc Drive).
